ICCC is all about seeing the outworking of faith in the marketplace as each generation walks together and learns from each other.  Through a special focus on Young Professionals, we encourage and equip 20-35 year olds to experience more of God in their work lives as they journey through the stages of their career progression.

Our vision is to Serve, Equip and Empower (SEE) Young Professionals in their spiritual, professional and personal lives. We want to see Young Professionals grow and develop in:

  • professional skills;
  • personal maturity;
  • spiritual development;
  • understanding our time;
  • seeing our industries and workplaces from the viewpoint of God’s word and His revelation.
